Savvy's Pedigree & Family Album

Savvy came to us from Mike & Melinda May (Hullabaloo) in
Fredericksburg, TX. She came to us as "Jackie", but since we'd
already allowed a "Jackie" to steal our hearts, we decided to give
her a new name. After much deliberation, we came up with one
that we hope fits her:
" Sav-vy [sav-ee] v. 1. to know; understand. n. 2. practical
understanding; shrewdness or intelligence; common sense.
adj. 3. shrewdly informed; experienced and well-informed;
canny."
Savvy is very fast and works wide on her stock. She shows a
considerable amount of eye and really likes her heads. She has
picked up driving really quickly and has a strong grasp of holding
the line. I've had her on cattle just a few times in a control pen and
she will hit heads and heels equally and with force. She truly lives
up to Melinda's nickname of "the little blue bomb"!
In the house, Savvy is easy to live with and has personality plus!
She fit right in within moments of her arrival, just like she's always
been here! She will be Katie's dog for 4-H dog obedience and
Emmy wants to show her in pee wee handling. She is just great
with the kids. We feel blessed to have this little gal in our lives!
