Nash was bred by Becky Parker (Dally Up Australian Shepherds)
and is a half brother to Hoss.
He is out of the same bitch as Hoss (Dally), but his father (Spur) is
out of Wolf & Buff, two very talented cowdogs. In fact, Buff was my
favorite cowdog that I saw while I lived out west, and we're very
excited to have her grandson here!
Very early on we realized that Nash is a really neat dog. He is an
old soul and it is sometimes easy to forget that he is still a very
young dog!
Nash and our youngest daughter, Emmy, have struck up a very
special friendship and are inseparable. They play together
constantly and it has been so much fun to watch them grow up
together. Emmy is only 4 months older than Nash, so I call them
"My Littermates"! (Click the link to see their photo page.)
Nash makes fans wherever we go and I do believe that he will be
the one to watch in the next few years. He has had very limited
exposure to stock, much to his chagrin. He is just itching to get to
stock, but we won't start his training until the spring/early summer.
